He Eye Specialist Hospital (HESH) has successfully joined the World Association of Eye Hospitals (WAEH) as a full member of WAEH. This marks the further recognition of HESH's strength by the international medical community and lays a solid foundation for improving the hospital's management innovation and expanding global influence.

The World Eye Hospital Association was established in 2007 in the Netherlands, aiming to continuously improve the experience, care and outcomes of patients with eye disorders. The WAEH tries to achieve the above mission by facilitating and promoting worldwide knowledge exchange between eye hospitals, exchanging best practices in the planning, organization and delivery of eye care services worldwide. The association currently has 34 full members and 20 associate members in 27 countries.

He Eye Specialist Hospital is a group eye health service provider that integrates medical education and research, adopts a tertiary eye health service model, and is committed to the whole life cycle of eye health management. Since its establishment in 1995, HESH has given full play to the advantages of medical, educational and research platforms, adhered to the development concept of "technology - benevolence", actively participated in international cooperation on blindness prevention, and promoted China's blindness prevention work to the international community through professional training, innovative technology implementation, and intelligent medical model export, etc. We have also provided the world with Chinese ophthalmic blindness prevention experience.

As a full member of the World Association of Eye Hospitals (WAEH), HESH will carry out the mission of WAEH, actively cooperate with the industry, share eye health experience, contribute to HESH's wisdom, and promote the development of global eye health with a professional, large-scale, scientific development strategy.
